Artistic Endeavour which encapsualtes Lavinia

It would be lovely...considering there are many budding artists within our ensemble to showcase this talent. As an idea for the 'foyer' area, or where our guests will enter..... each of you could draw, paint, sculpt, an image in which you think captures the essence of Lavinia in this composition....what do you think?....this would be seen as part of the 'forming' process for the assessment of this piece....

I have found a broken fountain and I spent all day fixing it. (It was manky too!) There is a small frame in the middle. Could we perhaps put red food colouring in the water and make it look like blood flowing around a picture we can choose later?

I found this really cool pic on the net of an interpritation of the play. Here is the link - http://graphics8.nytimes.com/images/2006/07/08/arts/08bran600.jpg
I thought we could use it as inspiration. I have seen this method before. Ribbon was used to signify blood. Perhaps we could draw attention to her mouth and severed limbs with crimson material or colouring to intensify her situation.

As people entered the theatre sculptures or Larvinia in distress and canvas paintings with lights shinning down on them would portray a strong theme for the audience. Spooky music should also be played as people walk through the doors.
